WHY IS KOMBUCHA GOOD FOR ME?

Kombucha is an effervescent probiotic beverage made using tea, sugar, a SCOBY, and time. The fermentation process creates probiotics and organic acids that promote a healthy GI tract, crucial for immune support, energy, mood, and much more!

The SCOBY is a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. Without the SCOBY, the sweetened tea wouldn’t have a catalyst driving the fermentation process to create the beneficial properties of kombucha.

If you are new to kombucha, we recommend drinking no more than 8 ounces a day. Gradually increase to your desire. Everyone will respond differently to kombucha, we always advise that you listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

Fresh Coast Kombucha is raw and unpasteurized which means it is loaded with probiotics, organic acids, antioxidants, beneficial bacteria, beneficial yeast, and vitamins.  Listed below are an array of common health benefits that may be attributed to regular consumption of kombucha:

+ Improvement in digestion & gut health due to probiotics

+ Boost immune system due to antioxidants found in the kombucha & cold-pressed juice

+ Balance pH levels from the alkaline forming nature of kombucha

+ Detoxifies the body with help from  glucuronic and gluconic acid
